MetaTalks NaPodPoMo brings you a binaural culinary experience of Alachia cooking Pasta Bolognese with Meatsauce.

~Meat Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef
1 White Onion Diced
1 Garlic Diced
5 Medium Tomatoes Diced
1 Can Diced Garlic Flavored Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Can Chopped Olives
1 Can Sliced Olives
1 Jar Ragu (Garlic Flavored)


Cook Beef til' brown, flavor with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste.
Add in Fresh Vegetables, let cook down
Add Canned Tomatoes and Paste, simmer
Add Olives, simmer
Add Ragu
Add more seasoning to taste.
